Whole Baby is based in Orange, New South Wales, Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information.  

What kind of information do we hold and collect?

  • Private health insurance details

  • Any information from a questionnaire that we might ask you to complete

  • Details of the Services you purchase from us

  • any medical information about you and your child or children that you provide to us that is necessary for us to provide you with services. You do not have to provide this information to us, but if you do not we may not be able to provide the services to you.

    This type of information we will refer to “personal information” throughout this policy.

• We also may collect from you any medical information about you and your child or children that you provide to us that is necessary for us to provide you with services. You do not have to provide this information to us, but if you do not we may not be able to provide the services to you. This type of information we will refer to “sensitive information” throughout this policy.

How do we collect your personal and sensitive information?

We collect your personal information and sensitive information when you provide it to us, eg through an online form on our website, when filling out a written questionnaire or through answering questions when we have an interview with you. If you consent to us speaking to another health practitioner about you or your child, we may collect sensitive information about you from another health practitioner.

How do we use your information?

Unless you consent or we are otherwise permitted by law

• We use your personal information to contact you in order to provide you with the services that you have purchased from us.

• We may use your personal information to provide you with information about other products and services, opportunities and events that may interest you.

• We use your sensitive information to assist us in carrying out the services that you have purchased from us. We will not disclose your sensitive information to anyone, unless it is required by law or unless we first seek your consent. Examples of times that we may seek your consent to disclose the sensitive information of you or your child is when we speak with another health practitioner about you, for example, your doctor.

How do we hold your personal and sensitive information?

We hold your personal information and sensitive information in both paper and electronic form. We take reasonable steps to keep the information confidential, for example, your information is in password protected electronic files when stored electronically and when your information is stored in paper form, it is locked in a cabinet.
